In accordance with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion Policy, K2 Fisheries provides all users with full control over their account and personal data. If you have created an account or signed in to the K2 Fisheries Android application (via Google Sign-In / OAuth), you have the right to request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time, even if you have uninstalled the application from your device.

- In the Android App: Open the K2 Fisheries app, navigate to Profile / Settings > Delete Account, and tap confirm for an instant automated account purge.

3. What Data is Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases and servers:

4. Data Retention & Timelines
- Processing Timeframe: Your deletion request will be verified and completed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is finalized.
- Retention for Legal & Accounting Compliance: Under applicable Indian commercial and tax laws, anonymized transaction records for completed commercial purchases (e.g. statutory invoice registers) may be retained for up to 180 days solely for tax auditing purposes, after which they are automatically destroyed. No personal profile or contact details are retained.

- সম্পূর্ণ করার সময়সীমা: অনুরোধ যাচাইয়ের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার ডেটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হবে এবং ইমেইলে নিশ্চিতকরণ পাঠানো হবে।
